I really enjoyed this activity. It is a fun way to play a Hungy, Hungry Hippos-style game while learning about the different types of beaks and the limitations therein. I didn't have marbles or beads, but I just used some gaming dice as a replacement and it worked just as well. There are substitutions that can be made.
