This is a nice video that does well to showcase the basic idea of how 3-D printers work. I would show this to students perhaps before getting them started on their own printing project or even before a more complex video on how to print just to give them the proper vernacular and understanding. This being solely a video, it does not ready lend itself to "engagement". More research is needed on how to turn this into an activity especially if you don't have a 3-D printer, but again, this is still an informative video and being short, would hold kids attention well.
