Arriving at Discovery Cube OC – Discovery Cube Connect

   Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time.
Your Field Trip orientation begins promptly at your scheduled time.
Groups arriving late will forfeit time on the first scheduled activity.

   Pull your buses forward to the Discovery Cube parking attendant for unloading information.
Buses may then park at MainPlace mall (please see map).
Give bus drivers maps and confirm departure time.
Cars will be charged $7.00 each for parking on-site. Carpooling is recommended.

   Designate one person to check-in your group and handle the final payment.
To receive the group discounted rates your group must pay with one transaction. Individuals who want to make their own payment will be charged the higher General Admission rate and may not be included in field trip activities.

   Look for your demonstrator.
They will be dressed in a white lab coat and will meet you outside.

   Divide the students into their working groups and assign adult chaperones to each group.
Make sure your Chaperones are aware of their roles during the field trip.

   Attend your Field Trip orientation.

   Keep in mind, there is no snack or lunch break.
We encourage you to eat your lunches on the bus or offsite, as we cannot accommodate group lunches onsite at this time. If you plan to eat snacks during your field trip experience, please know this will take away from your floor time.
