Constellation prize
During this mystery, my friend Doug explains how the constellations we see during night time are related to the position of the earth and sun . This seasonality results in astronomers seeing different stars at different times of year.
The activity includes an excellent visual aid which supplements the entire lesson. I would recommend this activity to young astronomers who are interested in the galaxy. This lesson taught me where Orions Belt was and what time of year I could see it. Now I know, it’s a waist of space!
