This experiment was SO fun! My son loved it and it is incredibly simple, we bought some borax at the grocery store and had everything else we needed. We used colored pipe cleaners because it’s what we had, which actually worked great and could have allowed us to eliminated the food coloring if needed. Also, I learned the more borax mixed in the better, makes for a sturdier ornament. Great holiday activity!
