The quality of the content is simple, organized, and user friendly. Although this activity is quick & easy to implement, it doesn't necessarily give the student a more in-depth nor take it further approach of understanding the lesson. However, this approach may allow the student to compare and contrast the variables to this simple experiment such as changing the water temperature and amount of sugar to be placed on the water. The activity is a good recommendation for understanding an elementary level of atoms and molecules in water.
