The newest addition to one of the Discovery Cube’s most popular exhibits, Helicopter Tours. This video takes you on a helicopter ride over Los Angeles, cow pastures, wind turbines, power plants, etc. as it teaches us renewable energy and natural gas. While this video touches on solar and wind power, I like that it focuses mostly on natural gas, which might not be as well-known when talking about renewable energy. The video goes in-depth on how natural gas is produced as well as how we make renewable natural gas. One small warning for those who might get motion sickness, this video can be a little bit dizzying at times.
